Why did I change the journal name to Copper Chronicles? First, few people understand the R.H. reference, I don't particularly enjoy explaining it to people I don't know. Second, since I assume this journal will be a chronicle of the college-self stage, I want something that pertains to a large change in my life. On 24 January 2008, I decided to get copper-colored highlights. I have never permanently dyed my hair before, and I felt like this was a jump, even if only a small one. More importantly - I've never had so many pennies in my entire life, and I am eternally grateful for it. Sales tax blows.

So. I am an undergraduate engineering student, caught in the balance of social interaction, computers, and endless analysis (mathematical and otherwise). Is it fun? Sort of. Is it easy? No.

But this is life.
